POSITION: Entry-Level Technician
PAY RATE: $18-$25/hour (based on skill level and experience)
LOCATION: 3540 STATE HWY 52, UNIT H-18, FREDERICK COLORADO
HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:30AM-5:30PM [CLOSED WEEKENDS & MAJOR HOLIDAYS]

Flat-Rate Technician

PAY RATE: $80K-130k+ per year DOE
LOCATION: 3540 STATE Hwy 52, Unit H-18, Frederick COLORado
HOURS: MONDAY-FRIDAY 7:30AM-5:30PM [CLOSED WEEKENDS & MAJOR HOLIDAYS]

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service to our clients.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and prepare estimates for repairs.
- Document recommendations and repairs ACCURATELY.
- Replace defective parts and perform regular maintenance.
- Test drive vehicles and verify repairs.
- Adhere to JP’s Garage policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety standards.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of auto repair experience.
- Must have your own hand tools.
- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO lift 100 lbs.
- MUST HAVE TIME MANAGMENT SKILLS TO MAINTAINE A HIGHT LEVEL OF EFFICIENT AND ACCURATE WORK.
- MUST Have a positive attitude and respect for fellow employees.
