Position: Flat-Rate Automotive Technician
Location: 3540 Hwy 52, Unit H-18, Frederick, CO
Pay: $65k-$100k+ per year DOE
Schedule: Monday through Friday (Closed Weekends and Major Holidays)

Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality service to our customers.
- Diagnose vehicle issues and prepare estimates for repairs.
- Document recommendations and repairs.
- Replace defective parts and perform regular maintenance.
- Test drive vehicles and verify repairs.
- Adhere to JP’s Garage policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety standards.
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of auto repair experience.
- Must have your own hand tools.
- Able to lift 100 lbs.
- Maintain a high level of efficiency.
- Have a positive attitude and respect for fellow employees.
